Oh my freakin' ouch...

W5D1 complete. Got 12/12 on both sets for squat, bench press, bent-over row, shoulder press, SLDL, standing row, and calf raises. Only got 11/12 on the 2nd set of curls, but I guess they're "bonus" material.
Did I mention ouch?

Haha congrats for getting it done! That's awesome progress.
Today was Cycle 3, Week 3 Day 1 for me and I almost died...just felt really crappy the whole workout and I can feel the DOMS setting in so I feel ya on the "freakin' ouch "....as an aside do tough workouts really help you sleep better? Maybe I haven't been working hard enough because my sleep is still terrible,lol...0 -
I tend to sleep pretty well in general, unless work's driving me nuts, but yeah... I usually sleep like a baby on days when I exercise more than usual. I work out / run in the early evenings & that's how it usually happens so long as I don't work out too late or go to bed too soon after exercising.0

Thanks all. Day after isn't too bad... although I stayed up too late watching my wife's football team. I may survive the week after all. ;-)0
