Im Cassi! Mother to 3 beautiful babies. Im currently nursing my "baby" who turned 1 last week so this group is perfect for me! "Just one" pound at a time is what I need to focus on. More is great but slow and steady will be ideal so it doesnt affect my nursling!

    Hi Cassi... many years ago I was a mother to 3 babies and know how hard it is to do anything for yourself.. :)
