Sorry I have been missing. My DH who was battling cancer lost his battle on Oct 25th. But I need to fulfill my promise to him and get some more of this weight off. So it is time to get back to the grindstone. So it is time to lose just one!
Ok so I forgot to come here yesterday. Oh well who missed me. NO ONE thats who. But that is ok. I did ok yesterday pretty well stayed in with my clean eating and got over 5000 steps in yesterday. Will do so again today. Then tomorrow morning will be my weigh in day. Hopefuly I will be down just one more lb.
Not as much exercise today but still have over 5000 steps today. Still have about 400 calories I need to eat. But over all it has been a good day.
Think I did ok with the clean eating today and got in over 8000 steps today. Rough day at work had to start putting locks on all units weather they were rented or not. Which is where all the steps came in today.
