Ok so I got a little discouraged the past week or so. Work got rough and I went in to a mild state of depression. But I am putting that all behind me and starting first thing in the morning I will be back on track. My goals for this up coming week starting tomorrow will be to do my best to eat clean and get in at least 5000 steps. Still working on my menu for next week but have a good idea of what I will be eating. So I will be back in the morning hope to see a person or two back here. Take care get a good nights rest and lets hit it in the morning.
