Ok start of a new week for me. I am starting my own challenge of eating clean for 8 weeks. This weeks main goal is nothing white unless it is a veggie. No white bread, no pasta, no rice. Instead I will get me a good whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice. Will read labels an look for 5 ingredients or less. I will get in at least 5000 steps per day. So here we go!!!!

    Ok did ok with the eating today. I think I have been clean today the only thing that may have been a little off would be the natural peanut butter. But other wise doing ok. Still a few steps short but will get those in before bedtime.
