Feeling down

Hey everyone...
So ive been losing inches... but not weight... actually ive gained 3kgs since i started really working hard at the gym, my boyfriend has told me i need to increase the amount of food i eat (which i haven't)... I'm already eating 1500-1800 a day and im gaining...

I know i shouldn't get down about this because i have been losing small amounts when i measure but... LOL i dont want to be heavy. I'm only 5'2.
I want my bf to pick me up with ease.... even though he does pick me i know he struggles a little lol!

I dont know what to do... I'm eating healthy... and working out.
Why am i gaining so much and not losing anything?

    How much are you netting for calories? Are you eating back exercise calories? WHAT are you eating? There is alot that goes into this and I bet more people could help you if you opened up your diary.

    Hey there! Sorry you're feeling down!! I totally get feeling down about not seeing progress as quickly as you want. Please remember that this is a journey and we ALL feel down when our weight doesn't do what we want. If the inches are going down... Keep it up the fat WILL decrease and eventually your weight will go down.
