    Back from vacation!!! Accomplished little to zero exercise while gone, BUT did decent with food and didn't gain much if any weight. So I'm pretty pleased with that :) Starting round 2 of T25 today :) Wish me luck!!!

    Good morning, all. I did my 30 day shred this morning and have Zumba tonight. I only have this week left to complete the shred program but my left knee is really bothering me (and only after this workout). I am debating moving on to another DVD early but I hate not finishing out the 30 days. I will have to think this through.
  • Morning ladies. This morning I did 60 minutes of kickboxing and boxing.

    Good Morning! Welcome to a new week in the challenge. I enjoy seeing all the posts and everyone being active on the message boards. Good luck as we push ahead this week and great job on getting it done!! I have a couple more days of rest because of my surgery this past weekend, but will resume as soon as possible. I miss working out and can't wait to get back into it. Everyone have a great week. :smile:

    I can't believe we are so far into this challenge already! Time is flying by!!! I will be walking later tonight when I get home. I miss doing the DVD, but I miss healthy knees too lol.

    Great job to everyone so far and keep up the great and amazing work!

    All weekend I was feeling pretty good. Little to zero pain. Now today I woke up in pain again. The 4 day recovery time that my surgeon gave me has turned into 11 plus days of recovery. I am getting pretty frustrated. I wanted to get back into my routine today but I don't know if that is such a good idea.

    Saturday and Sunday I had pretty heavy workouts. Legs is my hardest day. I was able to increase the weights for all my exercises. Let's see 22 Days in. We Have 68 more to go. Man could I be a size almost 8 by then.....I'm not going to worry about.

    Lots of walking and an hour of belly dancing. Keep up the great workouts, y'all!
