What is the plan for the day?

    I am going to walk 5 miles today. I managed to walk 5 miles yesterday. Got a mile in early morning today.

    Plan to stay on track with food and water.

    Waiting for the weekend and cooler weather

    Today I'm going to stay under my calorie goal and also do walk away the pounds 4 miles. I also plan to walk durign work's lunch break and also 30 minutes on the treadmill

    My afternoon appears to be full of back-to-back meetings so I don't know how good my chances are to get out for a walk. Pilates class after work.

    Went to the gym today. 30 minutes of intervals on treadmill and upper body strength training.
