150 Sissy squats. These are hard! You can use a chair or something for balance.

    Ouch! :noway: That looks so painful. How can Sissy Squats be good for our knees? I'm still needing to stick with basic squats - 150 all done. See ya tomorrow, y'all! :smile:

    100 sissy and 50 regular with 40 lbs

    60 Regular, 60 Prisoner, 20 90lb weight & 10 curtsy = 150 total

  • I did a range of squats including 30 sissy squats.
