Day 23 of 90
Focus T25 Week 4 Day 2
Today : ALPHA Total Body Circuit
I feel so much more into my workout this mornin since I stepped on the scale and actually saw the 180's!!! I started my most recent journey on July 22 at 209lbs and have set all my goals about 10lbs apart, first was 200, second was 190 (reached yesterday) And Yesterday I was happy to reach my goal, but I was like damn 10 more pounds to my next? thats gona take forever!! But I am one of those weigh everyday type of girls, I write it down in my jornal everyday for me to look back at and see fluctuation is normal ya know? Well when I stepped on the scale this morning, and saw 189.2..it just gave me this burst of energy to push through this workout like a mad woman!!
I previewed some Chalean Extreme last night...Im very excited to start with weights!! But some of her stuff seems even dancier than Shaun t??? Not lookin fwd to that part lol

Good morning everyone! I "cheated" and looked at the scale today, still moving downwards!!! Another couple of weeks and I should be in ONEderland! Today is going to be a challenge getting my walk in. I am about to leave for work and I will be non stop between that, picking up little man, dropping him off to grandpa, then headed to my first PTO meeting. I won't be home until 9! But as long as I get little man to sleep, and my boyfriend doesn't kill me, I'm going to try to go out for at least half an hour when I get back!

Congrats on the weight loss! Chalene Extreme really isn't like Shaun T. I have the program and will probably be implementing that workout again in my routine before the end of the year. Still resting up but I should be receiving Gamma before the week is up. I'm excited and can't wait. Have a great day and thanks for posting.0

This morning was a pump extreme.
Everyday I am going to try something different between weights and cardio to
try and figure out what will be the best exercise program for me.0 -

Ok...I had 2 days off from eating right and exercising. I needed that after over 18 weeks of counting calories and exercising.....and losing over 45 pounds since May 9th. But...I'm back on track today. I'll wait until next Monday to weigh in and do measurements. I have a busy, crazy day today....so I won't get to exercise until later this evening. Have a super day all!0

Good morning everyone - sorry I have missed a few days but my sister in Florida has been scheduled for brain surgery tomorrow morning for an aneurysm and I have been totally focused on her. I am flying out tonight to be with her for the next 5 days so I will not be able to do my workouts. I will be staying at the hospital with her and will have some time to walk around and stretch my legs. I am taking my Samsung Tablet with me and hopefully will be able to at least check in and keep an eye on your guys.
I weighed in this morning at 163.2 - down 1.8 from last week. YIPPEEEE and my husband has agreed to give running a shot with me. I have been wanting to start for some time but hard to find the time in the evenings without taking away from him. If he is willing to do it with me then we will at least still be spending time together. I bought a book called "Run Your Butt Off" that helps start you off safely and I have it packed so I can read it while in the hospital.0 -

As for me, I got home from the PTO meeting WAAAY later than expected and am just now (11pm) getting back from my walk. It's FREEZING here tonight! I would have gone a little longer. Now I need to do crunches or something to burn the 19 calories I overate by mistake because I'll be damned if I'm going to bed with a negative lol.
So pluses for today - I went back to my normal route around my house - the knee held up awesome! No pain! MRI is in the morning, follow up appointment next week and we'll see what the verdict is. I also signed back up for the gym at work. I only go into the office three days a week, but they are days I don't have to pick up little man so I can spend an hour at the gym (they are closed on weekends and I am not spending 2 hours in the car round trip for the gym lol). But it will be good since I'm cutting out the Shred DVD to do some strength exercises on gym equipment and to have the trainers there to make sure I am doing it right. So a nice little bonus for me there.
