Hi All, Is there a way to set up the Net Carbs on our daily food diary? If not - would the correct way to calculate Net Carbs by taking the Carbs minus the Fiber ? I'm new to this lifestyle so I'm learning and am open for any and all suggestions and friends.

I changed my Sugar column to Fiber & just do the math myself (carbs - fiber since you're in the US). Here's a link to some tips on tweaking MFP to get Net Carbs:

This userscript will do it. You'll need either Chrome or Firefox (with greasemonkey installed).

Personally I look at both total carbs and fiber, so mentally calculate net carbs by subtracting the fiber from the total carbs. I find both pieces of information useful, as for nutritional ketosis 50 g or fewer total carbs a day is what's recommended for most people. I don't subtract sugar alcohols, therefore I don't eat them very often.
