Focus T25 Week 4 Day 3
Today : ALPHA Lower Focus
Curse you Shaun T and your damn lunge-squat progressions!! lol As usual when I do this workout, I got me some wet noodle legs lol
It's humpday everyone, halfway to the weekend!!! And Only 6 days away from our 30day mark! You know what t hat means? I dont know about you but I took a bunch of before pics and I am eager to take my 30day pics! But our 30th is Tuesday, and I will be done with T25 ALPHA round on Friday and since I wanted pics for each round I just might wait until the weekend, also hubby wouldnt be too happy if I came home from school Tuesday night at 9:30 and made him get out of bed to take pics of me lol Thats more of a weekend thing

Good lord I thought I was up early! ;-) Morning all! I'm about to make the schlep off to my MRI. I have been doing a good job with packing my lunch box with all of my daily snacks the night before, but I didn't make an actual lunch item, so I'm just going to grab Subway. I'm also going to pack my workout clothes and provided I don't miss too much of work this AM going to try my first day out at the gym today! (If not back to walking I go lol).

Good morning, gang! I'm going to get in a short workout and some arm work this morning, then off to work. Zumba tonight. My weight loss has slowed down over the last two to three weeks. I am not complaining because I am still losing about 1.5 lbs per week but obviously something has changed. I may have to try something new. I think my body is done with the 30 day shred since it hurts my knee. Fortunately, this is my last week of it.
Vacation starts Friday after work so my challenge over the next week or so is not to let a vacation mindset kick in when it comes to food. I have been researching places to eat in Colorado and need to plan my workouts for my grandma's house. Any ideas of a quiet workout (no loud DVD's allowed) that will still burn some calories?0 -

Try some of the workout aps, there is a nike trainer one I have heard good things about and there is tis new one called Sworkit and you can link it to MFP I heard? Just do an app search theres tons of free ones!

Today is a rest day woot! Monday we got a walk in, hubby had the day off of work so we went as a family, and last night I was sweating so bad during my EA Sports Active 2 workout on the Xbox. I hate the split jump squat repeats and they had them in the workout 3 times ugh. I can't even do them jumping but even doing them slowly my heart rate goes way up. The little man and I have an ECFE class tonight so we wouldn't be able to fit anything in unless I try my new Zumba Core Xbox workout after he is in bed, but I was up with him at 4:25 this morning and other mornings early.... I need sleep. And my little man is 17 months old as of yesterday! I am so excited to do 18 month pics at a pumpkin patch.0

5 mile, 67 min advanced WATP....2 fast miles, 1 mile with hand weights, 1 mile with ab belt, 1 mile with stretchie band.
Now for a cup of tea.

GRRRR still so frustrated that I can't exercise. I was doing so good with the 30 Day Shred. If I don't get good news from my doctor on Monday I might cry.

Feel better. I understand the frustration but don't be too hard on yourself. When you are well enough you will jump right back in full force. Take care of yourself!!0

Started the day with my WATP 5 mile walk.....ended it with my WATP weight loss 45 minute 3 mile walk using handweights for
1+miles.
8 miles today. Yeah!
