Pure Cardio and Resistance

This week I have to start my 2nd week cause last week too many events occured.
So yesterday was an off/odd day. I was clearly under my Calorie goal and I just was not in the mood to do Insanity.
So I decided to just do the first 10min and go from there. I did the 10min, 20min 30min of the Insanity. but the last legg of it, I just could not do. I just didn't have the motivation to do it. I will try to finish it up today..

btw, I hate Insanity.. but I will keept with it..

    im starting over week 2 today. i was sick last week and couldnt keep going. Cant wait! :[ lol

    I actually like pure cardio now!! More variety and not the repeat drills!

    My least favorite part of Pure Cardio are the burpees (he calls them something else) he throws in at the end, like it's no big deal. I'm usually ready to die by then!

    He just sits there talking a lot of these videos drives me nuts!! by the end im screaming at him "if you want to dig deeper why dont you do it!!!" lol..
