Week 2 - fitness test

Just completed week 2 fitness test. How is everyone doing? improvements?

I've only lost .5" on each thigh
But I've lost 1.5 LBS

I improved over all the exercises though!

Switch kicks: 53 - 62
Power jacks: 41 - 46
Power Knees: 62 - 77
Power jumps: 22 - 34 (HATTEEEEE These)
Globe jumps: 8 - 10
Suicide Jumps: 15 - 18 (Can we just call these what they are, burpees!)
push up jacks: 14 - 20
Low plank oblique: 40 - 66

im bummed i haven't lost more inches..oh well. my 5 month plateau is over at least! thats the BEST PART!!!!!!!!

    Here are my week 2 results. A mixed bag really.

    SWITCH KICKS - 85 ( Down 30, Seriously??)
    power squat - 41 ( Down 1 )
    power knees - 99 (UP 9)
    power jumps - 50 (UP 8)
    globe jump - 10.75 (UP 1.75)
    suicide jumps - 16 (UP 5)
    push up jacks - 21 (UP 5)
    lower oblique - 41 (UP 1)

    I get the feeling I was not warmed up enough. I did not look at my first fit test results till I completed the fit test.

    Overall I am happy with the way things have been progressing! I have lost 2 lbs off the scale and I am yet to measure myself.
