Week 2 Day 5 Upper Body B

Morning everyone :)

Hope you all had a good rest day! My upper body wasnt as stiff as last week from upper a, but legs are still feeling it lol.

Dips are evil!

I threw a 8minute taebo workout in after the weights. Woke up at 5am today so had some time to kill.

    Dips are challenging for sure!

    Just got done with my Hiit, and about to get a shower and start the day.

    Marise, I’m doing mine tonight, too. I never know how long they will take, so I just knock the cardio out in the morning to get it out of the way…since I know THAT is only 30 minutes. :bigsmile:

    Ok…It was hard, but I did it:

    Pull-ups - 3x11
    Dips - 3x8
    Lateral Raise Dumbbell Side - 10 lbs - 3x11
    Seated Triceps Extension - 15 lbs - 3x12
    Bicep Curls - 47 lbs - 3x8
    Overhead Press - 45 lbs - 3x7.

    Kettle Bell swings - 10 lbs - 3x12 (finisher)

    Now I’m off to bed. ;)
