Focus T25 ALPHA Week 4 Day 5
Today : ALPHA Ab Intervals
ALPHA Speed 1.0
I did it ladies! I did my double Fridays 2 weeks in a row!!! It helped a little that I asked to come in late to work the nest two Fridays lol Since they never that me us my vacation time to take a day off I can try n get some mornings off! But it sure was difficult doing my workout with my 4 year old here, he kept saying "Mommy I want to mouscersize too" and he was workin right next to me sometimes gettin in my way lol Then my dog kept gettin in my face when I was on the floor lol
Happy Friday everyone!! We are almost 1/3 of the way through the challenge!!!

So far so good. Not a bad week, I just finished fitnessblender.com HIIT routine for fat loss (21 minutes) and tank top arms. So that was a nice quick workout where I burned a good amount of calories. I hope I lost weight this week, but we'll see. Have a great weekend as well!0

Did my EA Sports Active II workout last night. I was so tired and didn't want to do it but I DID. yay for me. my tom is coming and it is reflecting on the scale
I really didn't gain 2lbs in 1 day. I may have eaten over my calories but not 7000 calories over
Hopefully I can get through without going too crazy as yesterday was NOT a good eating day.

Hello all! I finally stopped sneezing long enough to write a message lol. Stupid cold.
Great job to everyone so far, I can't believe how far we've come already! I'm super anxious to get to Sunday morning for weigh in day, I keep cheat peeking so it looks like it's going well, but you never know! :-)
Overall I'm feeling really good and positive about my journey. A few obstacles along the way but I'm happy to have kicked them in the @$$ so they didn't affect my meeting my goals.
I'm going to go for just one walk today later on tonight, but tomorrow is apple picking day with my son so I can't wait to schlep all over the orchard then come home and make apple pie. I am going to throw the recipe into the builder, but my guess is going to be that I won't be enjoying that yummy treat! lol0 -
Started out my AM doing 2 walk videos I've never done....not WATP videos. 1 was a 10 minute Walk and Tone using a resistance band. My arms were burning in just 10 minutes. The other was a 30 minute dance/walk video. Moves were similar to WATP....but different enough that I had to really pay attention to what I was doing. I was sweating afterwards....so it was all good. Tonight I'm about to do my favorite 3 mile, 45 minute WATP using handweights for 1+miles.
Eating healthy and counting calories has been spot on for the past 3 days. Doing good!
