We are almost half way done guys! This has been an incredible journey I have had a couple of slip ups but in the end I made my first goal weight. How are the rest of you doing?

Pretty good, I too ate a few indulgent things, I weigh in tomorow so we shall see what the week has resulted in. My trousers feel loose and my belly looks a bit smaller so I feel optimistic. Still need to figure out how to drink sufficient water when I work evenings though0
