What are some of your favorite exercises? What would you like to see in the upcoming October's Challenge? Looking for excercises that will work the whole body. Thoughts on Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers & things like that? Post Away...

    Omg! I don't think I like the sound of Russian twist?! But I would try, ;)

    Hate burpees! Love Russian twists! Jumping jacks... Jack knife crunches (I think that's what they are called)... Reverse lunges... Inner/outer leg lifts (my favorite)... Bicep/tricep curls... I am up for anything for October!

    hello im new to this group. I finally got my green light for working out after having my baby. I tried some Russian twists today OMGosh! sticking to anything for a whole month is a challenge for me in itself :)
