Exercise Diary 23/09 - 29/09

Hope everyone is doing ok. I'll be starting a second job this week and I'm not sure how it's going to affect my exercise schedule. Also want to start C25K soon, since temps are now below 100F.

Monday - Strength Workout 2
Tuesday - zumba
Wednesday - Strength Workout 3
Thursday - 20 DS L2
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Conditioning Workout 1
Sunday - go see about joining a freaking gym.

    This week, I took my week's vacation. My hubby started a new job, so he couldn't get off to go any where. But I wasn't not taking a vacation from my way to stressful job this year.

    Anyways, I decided I was going to "spring" clean the house. I am only two seasons late. :laugh: So I will be doing that everyday in addition to any exercise I do.

    Monday - Scrubbed and cleaned living room. Stronglifts. Ran around at the park with my little one.

    I am not doing great so far...

    The headaches have subsided but I am currently being treated for out of alignment vertebrae!! :-/

    Getting there slowly but surely - it has definitely helped my headaches!!

    Anyway thank you for looking after this group for me while I have been absolutely rubbish and inactive!!

    Monday - Run - Done 7km 57 mins
    Tuesday - Rest (I decided to crash my car today :-( instead)
    Wednesday - Run
    Thursday - Yoga
    Friday - 30 day Abs - day 1, 30 day LBT - day 1
    Saturday - Run
    Sunday - BIG CLEAN

    Tuesday & Wednesday - Cleaned upstairs and dinning room
    Thursday - LO had her 18 month check-up So I rested
    Friday - Scrubbed Kitchen and mine and the hubby's room
    Saturday - Rested
    Sunday - Rested

    After all the spring cleaning, I barely had any energy left to do anything!
