i just can't seem to take control of my food habits.... I have not been exercising due to my work schedule, but I thought I was making better food choices. but i started my period yesterday, hoping that had a little to do with it. i won't give up and that's why i am posting my gain instead of just bypassing this week.

    This happened after in increased calories to 2100 daily. I guess my body needed more food. :)

    c2jeske- You are doing great. Keep at it. My TOM usually makes me gain 2-3 pounds so hang in there. :smile:
