Hello,
I know what the benefits are and have researched about Shakeology before drinking my favorite one is the Vegan Tropical Strawberry flavor. Apparently some Bit*ch read my post over in Clean eating group and told me that drinking Shakeology isn't clean! I replied back that she has it wrong and I guess she hasn't done her research! Rolling eye's!!
