Day 26 done! Only three more days of workouts! Hurt my back this morning so hopefully it'll be feeling alright in the morning to do the challenge, but if not I may swap rest days. Everyone keep kicking *kitten*, we're almost done!

    Day 26 done!!! Yipee!!! I'm going to make it tl the end! I'm looking for an Ab challenge to do in October. My arms have changed a lot in size, shape and strength, but they still need more work. I'll have to repeat the arm challenge again at a later date. I'll probably add some tricep exercises along with whatever Ab challenge I do.

    Good job to the faithful few!!!
