Day 29 done!!! We started with a nice sized group, but many faded away. Yay, for those of you who are committed to finishing!!! I'm going to do an Ab challenge for October. The Ab/Core is in need of a lot of work. The arms still need quite a bit of work too. I think I'll continue to work on the triceps while I work the Abs.
Day 28 -- DONE! and with a grin on my face! Chris
Okay, so I did just my bicep curls and punches this morning because I was worried about my back. Hasn't given me trouble all day though, so I'm going to finsh up tonight with the dips and pushups. Everyone enjoy their weekend!
Day 26 done! Only three more days of workouts! Hurt my back this morning so hopefully it'll be feeling alright in the morning to do the challenge, but if not I may swap rest days. Everyone keep kicking ass, we're almost done!
Done! Feeling good about all the progress I've made this month. Didn't notice this much difference with abs, but you have to be so skinny to see abs.
