    I can't move a muscle today, went on a 9 hour hike yesterday, carrying a heavy load. I was walking with poles too, so my arms really ache from that. I think I covered the arm challenge yesterday in a different way but today just can't do them. I'm so sore. I'll aim to continue tomorrow and perhaps not take a rest day this time to make up
