Reset week 7

I posted earlier this week that I had been doing this for 6 weeks, but I went back and had started looking at the dates and its about 7 weeks I started at the Gym Aug 2 but I don't think I started the reset until the next mon/wed. I have worked out 3 days a week lifting except 1 were my back was stiff from someone hitting my car from behind.
Anyway, feel gross this week. I posted about being disappointed Sunday the scale was up 7 lbs from the last sunday. I admit that I didn't eat at my TDEE lack of planning and effort. I wasn't trying not too, just didn't plan well and was very busy. Then saturday had chinese out and Lots of beer. So I assumed water bloat.
Still feel a bit icky not sure if I dropped any of that weight. I had stayed the same weight up to that point and only gained 11 the first 1.5 weeks in.
Everyone says you know when to cut. Well I am tired of being this weight. I am now 30 over my low. I barely fit my clothes and I have not money or desire to buy larger clothes. I don't want to diet, I like this eating thing, and I would rather lose weight the healthy way and maintain correctly.
I am very worried cutting wont work and I will gain or stay this weight. I have seen others post stating this, although maybe they didn't fully reset.
When I finish week 8 and lets say last week screwed me and I am still up what does that mean ? That one week of not eating at TDEE messed up my reset? Will that weight go down if it is up. How can I have been stable all along and that one week mess it all up. Wouldn't the weight go back down.
I am getting married in a year. I want to be fit and look good. I don't feel sexy or pretty. I am embarressed and he is not saying anything but I know he is worried I won't lose the weight. I have lost my mojo.

Be patient! If you gained that much in that little amount of time....it's just a water gain! Let your body level out at TDEE before you cut....don't cheat yourself! And if you feel icky--take a good look at WHAT you're eating--it's probably the ick factor! When I feel like you are describing, I eat a ton of salad for a few days...it just seems to move the ick out of my system more quickly....in fact I need to do that in the next couple of days too!!! I don't mean a "cleanse" or a fast....just a bunch of leafy greens for/with lunch or dinner!0

Kristen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite gal!!!! I am week 11 right now. And let me say this. Every time I messed with my TDEE, I gained. I have gained 18 lbs in these last 11 weeks....each time I did it was because of 1 week not eating right. Generally under my BMR most days. Or not eating throughout the day. So though some may say you did not gain that it is just water, truth is it may take a while to come off. I still have mine 11 weeks later I have been wondering the same thing. If you are off 1 week does it negate the whole other 6 or 8 or 11 weeks you have been resetting? I can say this. When I get back in the groove of things I stabilze easily. I am going another 5 weeks of re-set, (as you know - new TDEE) and I am praying that I do not gain another pound, I am beyond the weight I can be at....at this point I am chair breaking big.....so I feel you. I will be watching your post close....I could use the answers too. Hang in there. Try and eat, not sure what you eat is the problem, just that you do it often.
Oh and we have been making juice......I have noticed that icky feeling is going....0 -
I felt lighter and less fluffy yesterday so I probably lost some water. Not sure how much. I won't weigh again until Sunday.0
