carbs or no carbs?

i'm hoping I can continue to eat carbs and still lose weight on this challenge.
I'll play with it for a week or two; lets see... any suggestions out there?

Good carbs, yes! Do you typically not eat carbs? I had a lot of success with the South Beach Diet. (but gained most back since......)0

eating more "good " carbs now that i'm journaling and working out with MFP.
I had a spinach wrap with turkey and veggies for lunch, so yes, limited good carbs.

I eat a lot of carbs and am still able to lose steadily. My carbs are almost exclusively from fruit. The only macros I really pay attention to are my calories in, protein, saturated fats, sodium, and added sugar.
