I started using fp again after a couple of months and I started the 30 day squat challenge yesterday. So that's a good thing!0

My squats actually look decent, even though I'm not going up in weight yet.

Okay, let's see, stupid people do get their come uppance even if it has to come from the FBI, we can handle crazy sample work at work a lot better than we used to, the meds can still have side effects, but are working (I think, but we'll see what the blood work says in a few weeks)

got a Pink Ultimate Sandbag and took it to the park yesterday to try it out....uhmmmmm.....WHOLE BODY HURTS!!! My new favorite workout toy:-)0
