wk 3 challenge

Most Workout Minutes Challenge: keep track of every minute you exercise this week. When you exercise it must be in 10 minute increments for it to count!!!!! go an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill or bike. Remembr it must be intentional and you can do cardio or strength for this challenge.

Tally up those points each day. There will be a 200-POINT team bonus for the team with the most exercise minutes and a 1st,2nd,3rd point bonuses for the individuals with the top 3 exercise minutes, earning either 200pts, 150pts, and 100pts toward that persons team total.
