    ooo hello, sorry a bit of a late comer lol I'm glad you've started this group up as all I can find are groups dedicated to c25k (which is defo not me :/).
    Its getting to that time of year, ya know the muddy time, which makes it all that lil bit more interesting and scraping off the mud at the end of a run, just gives me that bit of satisfaction as if its proof I've nailled the run :D
    Ayway better get off my bum and go for a run, thanks for having me lol xx
