Need help adding bf calories

Hi I am 24 and I just had my 3rd on July 9. I am bf only I try giving formula but she won't take it. Anyways I don't know how much calories to put in can anyone help me pls

If your baby is getting nothing but breastmilk, 500 calories is a safe bet!0
