Beauty benefits of EMTWL

My BMR: 1380
My TDEE: 1720
First a bit about my journey:
I'm relatively new to EMTLW, I lost 33 pounds doing low cal (no counting, but I used hunger as my guide). I went from 154 to 121 and hit a stall there. My goal is 110ish (I'm only 5ft so it's fine BMI wise). For a whole year I couldn't lose any weight beyond that. I even struggled to stay at 121. As soon as I reached it I would bounce back the next day. Weeks of diet and exercise and the scale would finally drop to 121, only to bounce right back up to 125, and eventually crept up to 132!! I was netting 900-1200 at that time. finally jumped on to MFP, logged low cal and exercise still no weight loss. I wrestled with the idea of EMTLW because like many others here I thought by body was different and I'm just unlucky to have a slow metabolism. for the past 4 weeks I've slowly increased from 1200 to 1300, 1400 and now to my TDEE 1720 (P.S omigosh it's so much fun to eat this much food lol!) in the first week I dropped 4 pounds, but it came right back to my baseline weight 132. So no net gains yet which is good, but no losses either. I was trying to prevent massive gain by easing up to TDEE, now I'm regretting not just jumping into the deep end to get it over with *sigh* just wondering how long it took (roughly- I know we're all different!) to see results on EMTWL with a similar history to me i.e about 2 years of low cal.
Something I have noticed however is the amazing beauty benefits of more calories. I thought I had really fine sparse hair naturally but now, after eating more my hair growth is out of control! My eyes (light brown) are noticeably lighter and my skin is so supple and crystal clear, not one pimple even at TOM (unheard of for me) I've had a constant family of pimples on my forehead for a year. As soon as some heal, new ones erupt in their place, some leaving faint scarring. So now my skin is awesome. I can now get away with only a dab of concealer on my dark circles before leaving home, which is great because I'm usually a 'full face of make-up kinda' gal. I've also ditched my fat phobia and consume full fat yogurt instead of the sugar laden skim varieties, it's so creamy and thick and keeps you so full. I've also started to include coconut oil in my porridge and sometimes on crackers with honey as a dessert, apparently it's great taken internally for skin and hair. Does anyone have any non weight related benefits of EMTWL to share?
I also have a question about Kiki's recommendation for lifting heavy while at TDEE/surplus. Are we meant to eat back the calories burnt form lifting? so if I burn 200 and net 200 below my TDEE, should I eat that 200 back? Thank-you

Can't answer the lifting question because I'm still struggling with that myself!
However, I had to leave a comment about the hair! I've had more compliments on my hair than my weightloss!! Haha I even took a pregnancy test because I woke up and my hair felt so thick!0 -

Coming in to winter, you'll probably find you stay warmer too. With enough energy available, body is willing to increase heat output because it knows it has enough for higher priority required functions for the metabolism.
Your TDEE is Total Daily Energy Expenditure, obviously not day to day, but average based on the week's routine.
Did you include lifting in your weekly routine? Then your avg TDEE already includes it, so you would not eat it back.
MFP style, with nothing regarding exercise being included yet, you would eat it back.
So no, you are Net'ing below your TDEE, you are hitting your TDEE. Actually, the way the average works, on workout days your real TDEE is higher than the avg, on rest days it's lower. It balances out.0
