What to eat pre workout

Hey guys

I'm looking for something decent to eat before the gym, what's your suggestions? I work out in the morning, I usually have a 1/4 of a protein bar but get very hungry mid work out, I don't want to eat more protein bar because it's well high in protein and carbs, so I'm at a lost on what to eat.

    Fat Bombs.

    There are many recipes out there for them. They are perfect in the mornings, easy to make and yummy. You will find some MFP forums and you can also google.

    I use all natural peanut butter, coconut oil, hersheys unsweetened cocoa, & stevia in mine

    Three slices of cheese.
    Nuts.
    Tbs of almond or peanut butter.
    Coffee or tea with coconut milk or cream.

    A Fat and Fiber bomb: flax seed, shredded coconut, butter (dairy or nut), and cocoa.
