Day 37 of 90

Focus T25 Beta Core Cardio

After Core Cardio I did my 50 Squats for Day 1 of the squat challenge, then did the cardio cool down
It's really hard doin this vid with a runny nose :(
But I got to use my new HRM, and I burned 300cals, which is crazy because on Fridays when I go over with my cals and do double workouts I would add 150cals per workout for a total of 300...so at least I know I want being too generous :)

Have a great day ladies!!!

I love using my HRM, so worth the investment!

Today is a work from home day, so makes it a little easier to take a couple short walks throughout the day instead of pressuring myself to get it all done at once. Went out one time this morning...sick that I am eagerly awaiting lunchtime so I can go out again lol.

Still not much of an appetite, but I made myself some Jello last night and I'll try working on that today.

    Have an awesome day ladies!

Great job ladies! I'm back at it today finally starting another round of Focus T25! Alpha Cardio in the bag with 271 calories burned. I'm so happy I'm able to work out again, because I'm not me when I can't work out. @MyLittleOwl hope you feel better soon. Have a great day everyone and I look forward to your posts every day.

I did receive Gamma, but since I've been off for 3 weeks I didn't want to jump right into it. I started with the alpha phase again, I may do a couple of weeks of that then Beta then jump into Gamma probably around the same time you start. I will see how it goes and how I feel. Have a great day.

I got in my workout this morning yay! Baby slept the whole time until I was in the shower! It was a sweat dripping down my face kind of workout again, I notice it most when I'm doing some of the lifting reps, they really keep your heart rate up! 2 weeks left of my 9 week program after Thursday! I will be going to a conference Wed-Friday so hoping to get the missed Thursday workout in on Friday but will also try to do something at the hotel gym while I am away. And I figured out why my knees seem to be bothering me. I thought maybe my squat form was off but I got a mirror to put next to me while I workout to watch my form and it seemed good, so I researched a little and found it can be caused by tight hamstrings... did some hamstring stretching and my knees feel much better! Crazy.

I know why they call Turbo Fire Turbo Fire.....talk about moving fast!! I loved the music though and it put me in a great mood right away. Today was Fire 30 and it was a wild 30 minutes. I couldn't keep up with the speed but I was able to stick with the whole 30 minutes. There was a 10 minutes stretch DVD that I did afterwards and it felt wonderful. There is one day on the program where you do a 40 minute stretch DVD....can't wait to get to that one!

Awesome. Turbo Fire is fun, and you definitely are moving the whole time. Chalene is awesome and really keeps you motivated. Definitely keep us posted on how you like it and you're progress. The stretch is great and don't skip that at any time, because the body really needs it. Have fun!!

Hi! I love it the sweating down the face kind of sweat!! Keep rocking it you're doing great!!!! Definitely keep the hamstrings flexible because when they are tight it affects so many other areas, thighs, knees and even the lower back. I found that out the hard way!!! Take care and have a great evening.!
