4)Doing calisthenics, as well as some other strength training at home, and weekly challenges from a few other groups. Sigh, and a little cardio too I guess. :grumble:

What sets this group apart from the other groups is I don't feel like everyone in it is going to publicly shame me for eating realistically. I like that. If I go out to eat, you can bet your booty I am not paying $10 for a salad. I never eat "clean". It leads to being miserable, and binging in my case.

I'll post some food porn, and track my progress.

    Today went well. Don't have much of an appetite though. Need some more protein, so I am probably gonna scarf down a can of tuna real quick.

    The "dirty" foods I've had today:

    2 Ice Pops
    7 Hershey Kisses

    Really wanted to go get some B&R today, but I forgot to get my car inspected. Inspection on tomorrow's list so I can get something delicious. After the tuna, probably gonna get a root beer to fill in my extra cals.
