    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes ... Ran two miles in 13:06 my fastest time ever!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep.

    I may not check in to the forum every day since I'm not on the computer every day (I use my phone) but I'll make sure I put something in here at least every three days.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? - 45 mins walk with 17 lb. baby strapped to body ( I wouldn't have done it if I wasn't participating in the challenge so thanks)

    yes I am one of the early birds, I am from Australia, that is why it looks like I am an eager beaver but really I am not, just a day ahead in time zone
