Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes ... Ran two miles in 13:06 my fastest time ever!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep.
I may not check in to the forum every day since I'm not on the computer every day (I use my phone) but I'll make sure I put something in here at least every three days.
