Focus T25 Beta Speed 2.0
Holy crap !! This workout moves super fast! Me being super uncoordinated ....that made it pretty tough! I think that is why I burned less than yesterday, I had to pause and watch several times to try n figure out wth they were doing lol Immediately after the workout I did 55 Squats for the squat challenge followed by the T25 Cool Down.

Good morning, all! I have a Zumba class tonight and am doing my squats for the squat challenge this morning. I have been hungry this week so I am trying to figure out what it is I am craving so I can squash it with something healthy. I am considering increasing my protein intake based on a study I read about this week. It said that people who stayed within their calorie range and increased their protein intake to twice the recommended daily allowance (without eating too low amounts of carbs, etc) lost more fat than muscle. I want to research that a little more and consider my protein amounts. Any thoughts?0

This morning was HITT 15 and what a horrible 15 minutes...I dont know if it is my age or what but I cant move that fast and all the jumping.....my knees dont like it!0

Good morning all! Yesterday I started a new routine where I woke my poor son up early so that we were outside 15 minutes before the bus came and did nothing but walk up and down our block until it came. Did that again today and once he got on I again continued walking on my own for just shy of another 15 minutes until my leg wanted to give out lol. I am planning on going out again later, maybe at lunch, but definitely around 5. I found a good track that doesn't seem to get used that much last night and I want to try it again. It's softer and what the doctor wants me on anyway lol.
