alright i am getting tired of this. i have been in a funk. i have not been exercising, i have been eating everything, and drinking soda. next week there will be a lose. i am done with this. i am not happy and i want to change.

Hi there! Sorry you are feeling this way. Since Monday, I am having hard time getting my workouts done. Hoping to push past this soon as I dread it everyday. That is not like me. Lets push to have a better week next week!0 -
