SO FRUSTRATING- I did a lot more exercising than I normally do. I did increase my calories and TOM paid a visit mid week, so patience. When I weighed in last time it was technically 160.8 and today 160.0. My ticker said 1 lbs .. must round up? This happened for my first weigh in. Sorry I did not put the .8 in my original post, going to start putting the precise number with or without the .0.0 -

Everyone is doing great!! This is awesome. Keep it up and share your approach! Instead of just counting calories, I've been making sure they're clean foods. I've gotten really into blender soups lately, so on Sundays I make a broth and heat up a bunch of veggies, them puree it in the blender. Easy and quick way to get veggies in for lunches all week, and not many calories! The scale yesterday said I lost 4! Woo!

I think I'm even gaining weight due to lost considering its almost that time
