            Sorry everyone! I'm out of this one. I record activity via my fitbit and don't keep a track of how many minutes I do so unless I actually do a 30 minute or 1 hour walk I can't with all honesty say if I've exercised for 20 minutes.
 I've also found that I'm very tempted to eat and not log it - and previously I'd got logging honestly down really well even if I went over sometimes.
 So ... I'm out
