    Sorry everyone! I'm out of this one. I record activity via my fitbit and don't keep a track of how many minutes I do so unless I actually do a 30 minute or 1 hour walk I can't with all honesty say if I've exercised for 20 minutes.

    I've also found that I'm very tempted to eat and not log it - and previously I'd got logging honestly down really well even if I went over sometimes.

    So ... I'm out :(

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes: My goal is 1530 plus 740 extra from exercising. I stayed under my goal but had to us 16 of my exercise calories but I am still under my budget.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes I did 70 minutes

    I think this challenge is really helping me to stay on my toes and keep up with everything. I love this! Thank you!

    I am really glad I joined this challenge. It is getting me back to the mindset that I had at the beginning. Exercise daily, eat within my budgeted calories, and no un-tracked treat meals/days.
