    I know it's early in this challenge, but it has caused me to be very aware of my nutrition and exercise. I hope I can continue to the end. Great job so far, everyone! :happy:

    I am really glad I joined this challenge. It is getting me back to the mindset that I had at the beginning. Exercise daily, eat within my budgeted calories, and no un-tracked treat meals/days.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 60 minutes ot yoga. if I regain a bit of energy, I'll get up and do a little DVD aerobics.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? every bit. back to measuring, i am, and made it to 8 glasses of water for the first time in weeks.
