    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, nicely within. the accountability challenge is motivating me.
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 60 minutes ot yoga. if I regain a bit of energy, I'll get up and do a little DVD aerobics.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? every bit. back to measuring, i am, and made it to 8 glasses of water for the first time in weeks.
