Looking to add New Rules MFP pals

Hey there! I'm 47 and working through NRoL4 W. I'll be finishing up stage 2 this week, then on to stage 3 and the evil BWM. I had a great workout partner but she had to get a job, so now I could do with some mutually supportive buddies here. I've been on MFP over a year, I log in every day... I have great pals here but none of them are doing New Rules. Wanna be pals? Send me a FR!

Feel free to add me. I'm doing my rest week this week and start Stage 2 next week. I've been logging every day for almost 2 years. I had some great female lifting friends but I moved to a new state and surrounded by all guys in the weights.0

HI there,
Feel free to FR me, I have only just started and am taking a little while off due to a pulled back (a digging injury), but plan to start stage 1 very carefully in about a week or so (when my back allows). All my friends on mfp don't log anymore so I could definitely use more.
