quest bar question

i heard about them and was really interested cause i am dying of tasting chocolate again :D
but the thing is it's written 24g of carb??? it's way too big no? but they're talking about active carb can someone explain the difference thank you!

    The way I understand it, when determining net carbs, you subtract all fiber, and any sugar alcohols as those do not impact your blood sugar, or minimally impact it. So you would start with the total carb count, less fiber, less sugar alchohols to get the 'net carbs'.

    They run from 2g to about 6g of carbs depending on flavor. I love em!
  • oh thanks that means it's the same thing for the peanut i eat everyday? they're 9g of carb (but 4g of fiber, 2g of sugar) so that means only 5g of net carb instead?
