Macros?

In your experience/opinion... best way to set macros??

    The EM2Wl recommendation is 40% carbs, 30%protein and 30% fat. But that is not written in stone. It also depends on your activity levels and what kind of exercises you do. I have my carbs set a bit higher, as I have more power for my lifting sessions if I have eaten enough carbs. You need to tweak it to your needs. Try to play around with it and listen to your body, but always making sure, you are getting enough protein.

    I have mine set at 40 Carbs, 30 Protein and 30 Fat as well... I just make sure I get my protein in every day and don't really worry about the others, since they always naturally seems to fall into place (or close enough..) By making sure I get my protein in, I am ensuring that I won't go way over on carbs, which is my tendency...
