Monday 7th October Weigh-in.

5 lbs to go and 25 days to focus. Should be achievable. Going out to exercise now. Walk just over 3 miles @ around 3.5 mph. Decided not to weigh myself again until next Saturday and hope for a nice surprise.

    I gained 2 lbs this week which is disappointing but to be expected as I went out to dinner and splurged a few times.
    I definitely feel that if I try hard this week - exercise and cut out after dinner snacks that will be able to lose the 5 lbs before the end of October.

    I'm only 2lbs away from my ultimate goal (vanity #) of 147. I had a personal goal to be 150 by Oct. 19th and I beat that! YEAH ME!

    No change on the scale for me this week but I'm optimistic. I'm retaining fluids due to meds I have to take this past week (mostly in the lower body, I can actually see my legs swollen) and insomnia. So I'm hoping that next week will show a loss once all these factors are removed. If I'm bloated and the scale didn't move, I'm sure there's a weight loss hiding there.

    Down 2.6 lbs! Hoping it stays off - I have a habit of fluctuating for months on end after one big meal. Really ramped up my workouts so far.
