Realising that on Keto I'm always very low on vitamins, calcium etc - can't be good in the long term. I've been supplementing multi vitamin as well as calcium, not sure if it works obviously, what other pills and tablets does everyone use or recommend?

    Slo-Mag (magnesium supplement) 1-2 daily
    Good Multi-Vitamin
    Saltstick (has sodium, potassium and magnesium)
    Vitamin D (unrelated to keto)

    Morton's Lite Salt for sodium/potassium.
    Magnesium pills for when I work out and sweat a lot.
    50,000 IU of Vitamin D every week (also not because of keto)

    I logged in to ask the same sort of question. Mine is: Has anyone on here worked out exactly what supplements keto dieters ought to take daily? And exactly how many MG we should take? At the moment I feel I am just taking random stuff in random doses.
