^^ Exactly what I've been doing. I may not be completely set-up and prepared, or have a perfect timeslot available for a lifting program, but I decided I just had to START. I got started last week in a rather half-cocked way and then fell behind due to other responsibilities, but I plan to remedy that. This morning I did Upper Body 2 and tonight I'll do Lower Body 2. If I double-up like that tomorrow, I'll be completely caught-up & on-schedule in week 2. I won't run today, as I'm taking lil girl to play at the playground in the afternoon. Tomorrow will likely be similar, but hopefully there'll be a run for me on Wednesday.

Sherry everyone has to adjust for their schedule. I don't think there is such a thing as a perfect schedule. It is just whatever works for you.
Today was week 2 of TUFFer Phase 1 Strength followed by Treadmill walking with hands up.

My trainer schedule got messed up last week, which threw off my rest day, which threw off my running schedule. I typically run Monday/Wednesday/Saturday but think that will have to be Tuesday/Thursday this week since my Saturday run was yesterday (and my trainer prefers I don't run consecutive days). I have a trainer session tonight anyway, will get some cardio in before that, and have a walk planned at lunch with a friend. After two days of rain the sun finally came back out.0
