    And what a struggle it was...seems that I would like to eat when tired...treadmill was a better choice!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes, goal is 1530 plus 833 extra calories from working out. I used 1192 for the day, so stayed within my goal without using exercise calories. Woot Woot! :smile:
