    Hi ladies,

    I've just joined up. I've lost about 10kilos on my own. I'm having trouble focussing and keeping on track. I've recently added 3kilos back onto my body. I thought it may have been missing some so I gave some back now they have had their fun it's time to say good bye.

    I'm not moving today as I've injured my back. Boohoo to me! But anyways, see about tomorrow.

    Look forward to being inspired and inspiring others.

    Positive thoughts are a plus, something I've been trying hard to achieve everyday.
